Placed our usual Christmas order of smoked salmon and terrines which are now stashed away in the freezer until the big day. Decided to order a haggis as not tried one from Inverawe before. We had it for supper tonight and both thought it was very disappointing. Dry and stodgy with not enough pepper at twice the price of our normal brand. Wont be buying it again.

For the highest quality Argyll and Scottish food you cannot beat Inverawe Smokehouses. Used them for years and visited their shop on many occasions. It is so nice to be able to get, and receive, their foods for ourselves, and to give as gifts. Wonderful. A Sassenach from Ramsgate, Kent

Simply the best Braden rost and smoked salmon even with the smoke house fire issues... and that's saying something with the stiff local competition. Worth the wee trip along the road or a short walk across the river from taynuilt. Coffee good too

The staff are friendly and helpful. Found the menu limited and very expensive. Shame really, used to be a great wee place.
