Perfectly charming! We stayed in The Hideaway in May 2021. Wow! Not only were we in this pristine, remote ecosystem with untold beauty, in a part of the world we didnt know existed until recently, but we were staying in this ideally situated cosy mini-cabin that had every convenience we would have asked. Arriving at the Hideaway, our private parking space was clearly marked and conveniently placed at the bottom of the pathway, so there is no need to scramble for a spot which is nice. Walking up the path to our home for the night, between an array of colorful plants and small trees, made us feel like wed entered our own little Narnia. Walking into The Hideaway, we were equally impressed as everything was spotlessly clean, bright, and airy, with a large patio door that opened out onto a generously sized balcony with a view across the bay over to the mountains. The bathroom was nicely decorated and had a shower big enough to fit two people. The kitchen was compact but modern with stone top counters, a washer, a dryer, and a clever oven, which could also be used as a microwave. There was also a hob system and all the utensils we needed. The bed was a kingsize, and from it, you could see the mountains. Perfect to wake up to. The balcony had comfortable seating and a good quality BBQ. Suffice to say, we spent most of the evening there when we werent in the hot tub, of course. The hot tub is up on a little perch about 5 meters from the building itself. From there you have the most incredible views. The cost of the Hidaway is about 15 quid more than other properties in that category. But rest assured, a small price to pay for all the extras in terms of luxury you get. Thank you for the hospitality; we are already making plans to return.
