Lazybed Accommodation

We had two nights in the bat box last week and the only bad thing about it was we didn't stay long enough, as we were enjoying the NC500 (in an EV - and that worked out without any issues!). We both loved the position, the style, the peacefulness and the view from the place. Thank you to Gita and David for creating this place and doing everything in an environmentally friendly way. We're looking for excuses to make the trip again soon, but hope to stay a little longer next time. Look forward to visiting again soon! Trevor and Gill

I've been visiting the Lazy Bed Cabin and Bat Box for 5 years now and always have a great time there. Both cabins - small houses really - are high spec, cozy, welcoming, and very comfortable. They are always presented beautifully and Gita & David are lovely people and great hosts - there to answer any questions you may have about the cabins or local area, but will leave you in peace to explore and enjoy otherwise. The setting for both cabins is fantastic, at the end of the bay in Inverkirkaig, and the surrounding area affords endless outdoor opportunities. The surrounding landscape is dramatic and worth exploring but if that's not your thing there are nice shops, restaurants and day trips on your doorstep. I've stayed in many cabins, cottages and small houses over the years but this is the only place I return to regularly. Visit & enjoy!
