Thers an ancient iron age broch or fort or house ruined in this area which is fascinating and worth the stop. It is a ruin and there are plenty better ones in the area but there is a bit of an entrance. Best thing is the outstanding silence. Not so much parking and a tricky wee road but well worth stopping. Be mindful of tics as they are prevalent in the highlands.

We did not stay. There are no facilities of any sort at this site. It does say this in the site description but it is easily missed - we did!
