Ardgay Game

We had a steer cut up by Ardgay Game and the weights on just about every pack on meat were wrong. Packs of steak labelled as 0,2kg actually weighed more than 0,55kg. Considering how expensive the butchering is, we expected the service to be faultless. It took us longer than 24 hours to figure out there was something wrong, the time scale which they allow customers to come back to them, should any problems be noticed. Miranda in the office was not very helpful, offering little in terms of apology and nothing in terms of compensation. Her excuse was simply "The boys must have been tired." In our opinion, rather than writing false information on the packaging, it would have been better to write nothing on them at all in order to avoid confusion and I can weigh the meat myself. We are not only unhappy with the service, but also how the issue was being dealt with. We have heard nothing back after making several phone calls, sending fotographic evidence of mislabelled packs, requesting for the matter to be taken to management and allowing for an entire week for their reply, in order to rectify the situation. Bear in mind that we paid a lot of money for this. I would advice all future customers to ensure they receive the services they have paid for from Ardgay Game. Personally, we will take our business elsewhere.
