        Saw your review and had a laugh. Being a mushroom hunter I looked up your website and found you are growing Flammulina Velutipes and you called them "Enokitake" when I had always known them as "Velvet shanks". A quick check to find we were both right, led me to be really amazed at the difference between the wild and cultivated varieties. I'll be sure to visit when I'm passing, but in the meantime have 5 stars for adding to my mycological knowledge base.
