We were stranded with a flat tyre around Loch Eriboll. Europcar promised help, so we waited for hours (about 5) until they told us that it would be our own problem -but till then, all garages were closed as it was 6.30p.m.... called this B&B for a bed for the night and were so so lucky that they had a room for us! Donnie even went to pick us up, and Katie made us sandwiches for dinner! They even were friends with Neil from the garage in Tongue, and called him. Neil went prompt to recover our rental! At 9.pm! Tried to fix the tyre the same night, but wasn't possible. So after a refreshing night and awesome breakfast Katie made some more calls and finally arranged that Donnie would drive us to the garage in Tongue, Neil would drive us and our car with his towing truck to the Garage in Bettyhill where we got a new tyre in an instant. Thanks a million Katie and Donnie, saved us a cold night in the Highlands! Awesome service!! Wish you the best!
