Wild Orchid Guest House

Do not hesitate to book into this guesthouse- it was by far our best stay on this years NC500. Tranquil and peaceful with wonderful hosts - we cant wait to return. The food was amazing- we had dinner and breakfast and were amazed at the huge choice on the menu considering the remoteness of Durness. So glad we were able to book in here- it really was the highlight of our trip. Thank you both for making us such a memorable stay. We are in awe of your dedication and hard work. Food & drinks: Such high quality food provision. Best of the trip and definitely the best cup of tea.

Rooms: Lovely rooms, colorcoordinated. Realy cosy and clean rooms. Nearby activities: It's a small town with amazing viewpoints over the coast. Great when you are teaveling on the north coast 500. Food & drinks: Food was amazing, best burger ever eaten!

Very comfortable guest house with lovely food, great hosts in Hannah and Jack and in an excellent location. One night stay with our dog and we couldn't have been made more welcome. The option to have an evening meal and drink at the premises is a real bonus especially when the food is so tasty. Highly recommend Wild Orchid Guest House if you need somewhere to stay in Durness.
