        I had a very poor experience with 1st Architects in North Queensferry. My wife and I are in our late 70s. My wife is going through chemotherapy and I wanted work done to the Sunroom at the back of our house to make it warmer for her. 1st Architects ended up charging more than double they originally said the drawings would cost, and the drawings they did had so many mistakes we couldn't use them. When I challenged the cost, the Architect involved a debt collection company. It was a very stressful and difficult experience for both of us, the last thing we needed. I definitely would not recommend them.

        Still trying to get documentation for works paid for and passed planning. Hidden costs , over inflated billing hours - still trying to resolve and get clear. Will never use again. Avoid.
