Steven Winchester Roofing

I have used Steven Winchester for a few services and have been delighted with all his work. I used a roofer for one small job prior to finding Steven who was costly and who didn't even complete the job I asked him to do. I trust Steven, he uses his common sense, clearly has extensive experience of his trade (which is needed in the old property I live in), and takes photos to show me and explain what work is needed. He has given me options of repair or replace to allow for varying budgets. He is not pushy and provides good advice. As a young female it can be daunting to find tradesmen you trust. He has fitted a new vent, repaired various slates, repaired the guttering, given the property a general assessment and recently completed repointing work. Steve and his joiner re-roofed the old milkshed roof that now houses a gas boiler. He persuaded me that the boiler was expensive and well worth protecting for 30 years plus. He did a great professional job and it looks as new 2 years later. I am calling him back for more work on an extension to the roof. He may seem expensive but its his advice, experience and assurance that you are buying, not just the materials an a bit of time. Mark Bragg. Satisfied customer.
