Roadside parking then a good walk down hill to the site. Not mentioned on the board is a Viking farm site not far along the coast.

The car park gives a great view over Eynhallow Sound and the tidal currents can be clearly seen when tides turn. Worth stopping for a look even if not going down to broch and cairn.

This small car patk has spaces for 6 cars. It is a 20min walk down a well marked path to the broch. The car park is accessed from the single track road which runs round the island. Even without walking down the car park offers views back to Orkney Mainland. Not suitable for camping of any kind.
