Orkney Angora

I tried a few times to call this company, however there is only the answer phone. Needed to speak to someone regarding sizing. So contacting via phone is difficult. Have yet to speak to someone. This is so frustrating - day 3 and still try to contact this company via phone - only answer phone. If you go by the opening times, one would think that somebody would answer the phone. Not so. I contacted you yesterday (16-5-22) 5 times and today according to my call log 22 times and all I get is the answer phone. so, a serious lack of customer service considering that not all issues can be dealt with via email and can be dealt much better over the phone.

Very high quality Angora, 100% angora. What I found really unique is that they have also the dehaired option, that means that it's also suitable for men accessories. The thread was pretty thin but this is not a problem because it's possible to turn thin yarn into bulky yarn, via knitting tricks. See on Youtube. Tracy, the owner of the laboratory was very very kind and helpful with suggestions and very committed to prepare the order. She even dyed all the batches specifically to my order to match the sets scarves/gloves. Really an excellent result. The website experience was also very smooth. I am dreaming already for when I will wear such luxury items.
