Jim has done a couple of sessions with our 2 year old basenji who was pulling on the lead relentlessly and had started to be reactive towards other dogs on the lead. Jim has helped us understand his behaviour and given us loads of tips on how we can improve his on lead behaviour. It's still a work in progress but he's improved a lot and walks feel much less stressful now using the strategies Jim. Thanks again Jim!

We have been working with Jim in our daycare centre for the past year and have nothing but good words to report. Jim worked with us after our 2 year old Labrador became reactive to strangers both in and out of the house. Jim's advice has helped us to improve the behaviour and our confidence in dealing with it, so that we can all get back to enjoying spending time together.
