Claire exceeded all our expectations when she sourced a 30th wedding anniversary ring for my husband to give to me. He got all the brownie points whilst Claire did all the hard work for him! He enjoyed the process and it made it all so much easier for him to have Claire help chose a piece of jewellery that I simply love. I contacted Clare after my diamond fell out of my engagement ring. Clare was extremely patient with me, explaining the all available options. She was clear on all aspects of the process, and gave me all the information allowing me to make my own decision. My ring has been re-set and is just fantastic. When dealing with quite sentimental jewellery you want it to be in safe hands, with a professional. Clare has provided an incredible service to us by remodelling my wedding and engagement ring as I had been unable to wear them due to skin irritation from the original type of gold.
