Enchanted Balgone - really don't bother. I know everyone is looking for family stuff to do at this time of year but this was mince. Shame as usually find Balgone to be nice spot.

Went to Enchanted Festival at Balgone Estate. This event was really poor. The pathway to the lake was treacherous as was the path around the lake some sawdust or bark could have been applied for safety reasons. The light show is the poorest we've ever seen been to. Visited Rouken Glen Park and Edinburgh Botanical Gardens in the past. Even the events for kids was poor only watlzers and bouncy springs. We were offered two complimentary tickets before we attended which we couldn't use what a lucky escape for our friends. Certainly not worth the money.
