I bought some boots at a great price which were delivered promptly. They were a bit big and I had delayed sending them back but when I called ardmoor they were EXTREMELY helpful and immediately facilitated the exchange. It was professional, friendly and an incredibly trustworthy experience and I would highly recommend them. In future any outdoor gear I will seek to buy from them. I also don't usually write reviews but I feel ardmoor are a rare breed of company that is very refreshing

Used this company for quite some time now & I must say they are an absolute pleasure to deal with.l! Most recent purchase was dealt with promptly,proffesionally needed to ask question about sizing, called spoken to someone who very Quickly answered all my issues, placed order delivered next day, NO issues with size, so pleased with my Ridgelinge jacket...THANKS TO ALL

Excellent customer service, had to email as I was unsure of sizing and they got back to me straight away. They sell amazing brands (my favourite is ridgeline) delivery was really fast. I will definitely be shopping here again
