Beware of this guy, has dodgy, poor post-trade service. He was called for roughcasting and window cills replacement to prevent water ingress. Did the roughcasting but did not put the concrete cills correctly. Also did not seal the windows at all. The water started to leak even more. When tried contacting him he's done up a runner! Totally unprofessional con behaviour!! Service: Roof repair

I called Andrew a couple of days ago because it was noticed that a slate had slipped from the corner of my roof which was originally renewed by his Company. I didn't expect Andrew to remember us but he did and within a couple of hours he was at my door to fix the tile. He noticed that a couple of tiles had hairline cracks on them and replaced them too. That's what we call superb customer relations and dedication to his customers. Yet again I have no hesitation in recommending his Company.

What a mess Andy Mcdonald has done to my house . He roughcasted the building the front was left with big bulges and all marked so was the side of the house .He came back to fix it cutting out all the bad bits now it looks like a jigsaw all patches . He has refused to fix it he was quick enough taking the money .He was not very professional, won of his workers brought his young son to work he was running about with a scooter under the scaffolding very dangerous and then he sat in the van for hours .Don't waste your money by hiring ANDY MCDONALD. I Had to put a star so it would send message

Well if I could leave no stars I would, absolutely shocking, I do not know why they have such great reviews as the work is definitely not high standard, I have contacted them on various occasions to come out and rectify there work as they had done guttering for me but the rain just pours down behind it and hits off the window, basically useless having it there at all as its not fit for purpose, they never showed on both occasions so I am done contacting them anymore as clearly they are not interested in fixing their shoddy work, I would not recommend and will certainly not be using them again, please dont be fooled by the competitive prices, they are low for a reason
