        I used to inspect kitchens, waiting on our order, I noticed way too much! They were more concerned about the just eat orders that were coming in. One girl was too busy eating the popcorn chicken from the tray! Another poor girl had sores all up her arm with blue plasters all the way up. She'd put one on a sore as I stood and watched her, and yes, you guessed it! Did not wash her hands or have gloves on, but I defenetly know if you have any skin conditions or sores, a hot kitchen is defenetly not the place to be. This is defenetly good practice. They obviously must think the public are not aware of what good practices are! Defenetly not acceptable. Next time you take an order, remember the person on the other side of the counter is watching your every move and may know that what you are doing is defenetly not correct practice.
