Useless. They mess you about. Pulled a cottage form me one week before going. Really unreliable. Don't expect to end up in the accommodation you book with these guys.

Had to cancel at last minute. Although we had insurance , I was disappointed with the mercenary attitude. As an NHS worker and ex military service personnel, I would not want any one to feel excluded and dismissed from any negotiation in my interactions. Thank you for your reply. I agree that all you state is correct. I guess it's the rigidity and money orientated attitude over customer assistance I find offensive.

Stayed in one of their cottages . It was fairly clean and a peaceful area near Doune but not much to do . The cottage needed a few issues resolving . The chair covers were a bit grubby half empty jars of food in cupboards flat pillows, coffee so old in jar it had gone solid . Most of our deposit has been kept back for electricity . I find it hard to believe we used 12 electric a day when we went out every day so be warned and take Meter readings yourselves
