SwimWild

I attended the SwimWild Front Crawl Technique Workshop last week in Nethybridge. This is the second time I've been to this workshop, Alice is a fantastic coach with so much experience. I love the format of the workshop with the pool sessions, analysis of stroke and points to work on. Alice always gives great advice and personalised practices for stroke improvement. Looking forward to putting her advice into practice and booking next year's course!

An amazing weekend! The swims were beautiful, in a different loch each time. We were really well looked after with good local knowledge and lots of cake and hot drinks after. Accommodation at Inshriach House was very comfortable. Catering was excellent too. Can't fault the weekend at all.

I've done a few events with Swim Wild and the team are brilliant. Events are well organised and always enjoyable. I did a coaching session with Alice and got loads from it, she took my swim back to basics and as a result I'm really enjoying freestyle.

I went on the Winter Retreat at the end of November 2022. It was awesome. Inshriach House is a great base: loads of character, very comfortable - and very warm! The swims were all in stunning locations - the water is crystal clear and the scenery is just beautiful. Alice and Al were terrific hosts and guides, very knowledgeable, and reassuring that they had our back. Definitely hope to go again.
