The Bakehouse at Caman House

Fantastic little cottage perfectly situated to explore the Highlands from. This was our second time staying at The Bakehouse and third time staying in a Where Stags Roar property. Can't rate the quality of the accommodation highly enough, with pets made as welcome as their owners. Will definitely be looking to stay here or in another Where Stags Roar property again in the future.

The Bakehouse is a really superb holiday cottage being warm and cosy. The quality of the entire house is simply outstanding and is probably the best we have ever stayed in The owners Rob and Diane are also very pleasant and welcoming.

The Bakehouse was a lovely place to stay for our first time in Scotland. The Bakehouse was perfect for us as it was situated a lovely quiet village but was in easy driving distance to numerous walks and destinations. The place was immaculately presented with everything you could need for a quiet week away. The log fire was very much used! We will definitely be returning.

Gorgeous base to explore the Cairngorm park from. Perfectly presented with multiple little touches that really take this place from a 5 star to a 6, beautiful handwritten mini blackboards with important information, proper coffee with a cafetiere and a high standard of finish to the cottage. Have stayed in one of their properties before, will be staying again! Dog friendly, and genuinely so - biscuits on arrival were approved of by Freyja
