I purchased in January 2020 the Harris Tweed Iain Suit for myself & the Boyd Field Coat for one of my Sons. We both were absolutely delighted with both products. Ordering on-line was straight-forward and the excellent customer service from the Harris Tweed Shop meant that everything arrived within a few days by tracked Parcel Force. On receiving and opening the beautifully packaged items, the customer experience was delightful, with both the Suit & Field Coat being beautifully tailored in the finest quality Harris Tweed. We had both chosen tailored fit garments size 40 Regular that fit perfectly. I have to say that both my Son & I have become instant fans of the Harris Tweed Brand & its excellent products. So much so, that Ive been keeping a regular look at the Harris Tweed Shop website and noticed in February 2020 that Harris Tweed had launched the New for 2020 Valtos Jacket & Waistcoat which looked fabulous. Again a tailored fit, which I ordered in a 40 Regular that arrived within 3 days. The same alluring packaging and pleasurable unboxing followed by a perfect fit of beautifully tailored Harris Tweed. Thank you so much Harris Tweed and especially Karen Watters (Manager) of the Harris Tweed Shop for your excellent customer service. Im sure you have a customer for life now.
