I find it difficult giving a poor review. He came some months ago and fixed a leak and did a very good job at a reasonable price. I asked him to call back, no rush, to service my boiler and fit some new taps. he said he would sort it. A few months later (about two weeks ago) I discovered another leak under a sink, no rush as it only leaked when used it and I don't use that sink often. I called and left a message explaining I wanted all three jobs done. I must mention here all my calls to him went to voicemail, both on his home and mobile numbers. I have left a number of messages all of which have been ignored. I've gone elsewhere now. Very poor to be treated this way. So, if you manage to get him to attend he'll do a good job, but only if he can be bothered to answer his messages.
