Brilliant service from this recovery company. Jim and his family are amazing. Jim towed our caravan back to co durhsm and 2 days later brought our car. Fantastic service nothing was a problem we are so grateful to him. Thank you so so much.

They came out in response to a britannia rescue call as one of our tyres was completely flat. Super guy changed the wheels and took the flat one away to fit a new tyre. Once it was ready he came back, we thought to just put it onto the spare wheel carrier under the motorhome but instead took the trouble to put it back on and put the spare back on the carrier, all while it was chucking down. Super customer service, highly recommended

Jamie and the whole team were amazing. We were travelling in our Motorhome through Galloway when we encountered a disturbing and worrying noise from what we thought was our transmission. Excellent knowledge and experienced troubleshooting quickly identified a steering problem which was sorted within the hour and we were back on our travels. We can't praise them enough. Motorwise are rubbish as twice now they failed to rescue us as they left waiting for recovery for seven hours and was told by driver that I owe them money for a taxi which they are liable for as I had leave vehicle at roadside as they failed
