Speech Therapy Talks

hi, I have contacted the speech therapist and paid for an initial assessment on the 27th of August,2022 and the therapist informed me she would send in a detailed report the following week. we also had an agreement to contact my child's nursery for input. I have tried to contact the therapist but no response so far. I have not received the initial assessment report and she did not contact me or the nursery. I paid 150 before the assessment and now no response. Please I want to find out if this business has a policy on how long it takes to get back to parents. its over 2 months now.

I had a private consultation for my son and the therapist was very professional and knowledgable. Key areas were identified which I had not previously taken into consideration, which allowed me focus and develop my sons speech further. Very helpfull with all the questions I had and considerate in taking the parents view into account also.

I highly commend the professional and friendly approach Mavish took to assessment and delivery of therapy sessions, which proved very effective for our son. He was a little apprehensive but immediately put at ease and looked forward to the weekly sessions. Greatly appreciate the flexibility in arranging sessions, location and even moving online when we had to isolate! Highly recommended.

I got speech therapy for my daughter's pronunciation of sounds and the therapist was great with her. She really looked forward to the session and would ask to do her homework. Her speech is now great and it's had a good impact on her reading skills.

My son has Autism and we did some video therapy. Initially I was apprehensive but Mavish used a combination of video calls and pre-recordings of him to guide us on how to actually involve in his play and to encourage his communication. She really helped us understand our boy better.
