        My husband I have used Rowlands for many years and not once have we had a problem with our repeat prescriptions. Only problems we had in the past were down to our surgery. Staff very friendly and helpful.

        Slow service. Pharmacist walked by me and didn't even ask if he could help or take prescription I had. Sauntered in behind into the dispensery. Embarrassing lack of customer service and awareness. Single item prescription...half hour wait..again ridiculous. Would take 2 mins to dispense and check that. I know because that's how long it would take me. Maybe my standards are just too high.

        Terrible pharmacy. Constantly lose prescriptions and when they don't it takes almost two weeks before it's ready for collection. Oddly if it's not repeat you get it in 15 minutes. Ridiculous.
