Very poor communication prior to applying for this nursery. I was told to come in at a specific time over phone and I sent an email confirmation but turned up and was told that the staff member was unavailable. I did eventually get to speak to somebody who arranged a visit the following day however I was told that I had to pay a non-refundable deposit of 100 if I wanted to secure the place and this was prior to my visit or asking any questions about the nursery. The staff member was very rude and unprofessional. She was not willing to hold out 1 day. I felt like staff didn't have time to address my concerns about my child starting nursery or put me at ease. The lady even mentioned that she has other people to secure the place. For me a good nursery has good communication with parents and this nursery had very poor communication.
