Whoever is in charge of the telephone line has a lack of care for patients and is extremely rude. There was not an ounce of professionalism in her approach to speaking with me. I can understand we all have bad days and work may be stressful but from the looks of these reviews Im not the first person to experience this. Need a new member of staff on the phone, elderly patients and those who are vulnerable require care- I cant begin to imagine how they are treated. Maybe the individual on call should pursue another line of work if she isnt happy with speaking to people in a respectful manner.

The women manager is arrogant, non helpful with a no care attitude who lacks professionalism. Accusing me of swearing at her and threatening to take my name of the list. (Apparently there phone calls are not recorded as I asked for the call to be played) Simply trying to make a phone appointment with the doctor. Reading the reviews Im not surprised at the amount of negative feedback relating to this medical practice. Do management care about their customers if so then please have a word with your staff, Feel for the elderly and vulnerable customers who visit your practice.

Yesterday morning we called the practice about my son. We were told to bring him to see the GP at 4pm. The practice were given the phone number for my mum and asked to contact her, as I was at work. I had one missed call at 3.56pm, my mum had no calls. When she arrived with my son at 4pm, the practice was closed. When someone finally arrived they told her the doctors had been sent away so they couldnt see my son, but that he should be checked so she was to take him to minor ailments. On arriving at minor ailments, we were told they dont see children and that we would need to take him to the Childrens Hospital. My 5 year old son and I left the hospital at 9.30pm. What did he need? A urine sample check and a numbing cream. Im sure that was something a GP could have provided. In a long list of failures, this one took the biscuit. Not impressed at all. As a fellow NHS provider I am astonished by the blatant lack of care and professionalism. This is not a functioning service provider in my opinion. We will be looking to move practice.

Today they throw out me and my registered blind husband. And my 21 months old disabled daughter. Shocking. The woman manager was so arrogant and not any helpful. Don't listen us. And she says she will throw out me from the list. They never answered phone they not called back. Every time we want go to the gp doctors it's not in the place. Manager she says I can do complain if I like. Not any professional. I been today so upset and on tears how I been treated. I will go more forward with this. And everyone should do the same I think. Thanks
