Terrible practice - increasingly going downhill. Can never get through on phone, frequently lose prescription requests, doctors unhelpful if you're lucky enough to ever actually see or speak to one. Seems to be in constant chaos.

Such a awful receptionist. Waited 20 minutes to get answered hang up on me after 20 minutes. Called again and she refuses to give me an appointment with doctor and very rude over the phone

The phone lines are always busy saying call back later. Its so annoying that the health service is not available in this area

Do not recommend they have made errors more than twice with my prescriptions Had to wait over an hour in a queue on the phone to get nowhere as theyd left for lunch despite my waiting Please use elsewhere where possible as this is not the service we deserve for our healthcare The doctors are great unfortunately it seems to be the prescription service/admin is letting them down

Dr Ireland needs to do something urgently about their telephone system. If you call at 5 seconds after 9AM, the queuing system becomes full. It has become impossible to get through to a trained triage admin team.
