Crookfur Dental Practice

The best dentist I have ever been to. I have terrible teeth and craig has taken care of my teeth without judgement for over 6 years now. I make the journey from Edinburgh which is over an hour because of how conformable I feel. Craig was recommended to me for veneers which I am extremely happy with as he is a perfectionist and done an amazing job. Then through out 2 pregnancies my teeth deteriorated dramatically. at some points I though I might even have to loose teeth but craig has worked hard to stabalise my teeth and fix them. I cannot thank him enough for his patience and would recommend this dentist to anyone who wants an expert dentist with great customer service. thank u craig.

Myself and my husband had an appointment with Hannah to register at the practice. She was fine, although I was in the room for barely 5 minutes. Both myself and my husband were informed we were to make appointments with the hygienist. We made the appointments to come back and received an email informing us it would be 54 each!! When I asked to cancel I was offered an alternative, a scale and polish for 35! At my last dentist this was offered free of charge within the checkup appointment. When I informed the receptionist that I was unwilling to pay this either I was told that due to it being 'part of my treatment plan' I couldn't complete my registration with the practice, as an NHS (!!) patient. Honestly a shocking service and I will be finding a different dentist to register with, given my choice is that or pay 54.
