Dont know what the big fuss is about didnt seem that long if a walk

Got a takeaway just before 11pm, king prawn balls freezing inside. Disgusted I tried to call the shop but never answered as was 11pm. I returned to the shop tonight to make them aware and ask for my money back. Sandys wife was put on the phone, told me they can not give money back because I havent returned my food and if they did then everyone would try it. I made clear that returning my 11.20 will save me the hassle of writing a bad review and contacting East Renfrewshire Environmental Health and her shops reputation she wasnt phased, no wonder, I had never seen the already bad reviews on here until now. In hindsight I should have returned last night and bounced it off the shutters! Rats!
