Would not even give one star ! Please avoid booking this place !! I paid through Groupon and booked a massage for myself and 2 daughters. I received a call from the manager Nicole at 8pm the night before to advise they have to cancel appointment for the next day as she had no staff - one had a hospital appt and the other was off sick. I have tried for over a week now to speak with someone eventually spoke with the manager today she advises bookings are now into June 2023.and when then would I like to book. I asked for a refund and advised I would need to contact Groupon! I tried to explain I was unhappy the way things have been handled especially cancelling the night before our treatments !!! Nicole abruptly put the phone down on me I tried calling back and yet again straight to voicemail. Please everyone be aware of this company I am so disappointed in the manner that I have been treated!

The company appears to be a total scam. I see that there are a few people saying the same thing which is a total shame as the salon are being paid via wowcher and are not providing a service. It took a long time to get booked in, there doesn't appear to be a receptionist so there was alot of back and forth to actually speak to someone. Finally got an appointment and then it was cancelled by the salon the day before. I have been trying to get in contact with them since the cancellation was made and have left messages but each time I have been ignored. I don't recommend anyone visiting or trying to book here, it will just cause stress.

Booked a massage offer on Wowcher, cant get through to book. Does this business actually exist?

Absolutely appalling. AVOID AVOID AVOID! Booked over a month ago and got a call to cancel less than an hour to appointment after I already paid! Not answering phones and no appointments to reschedule.

My husband and I got vouchers for a Christmas present from Groupon for a massage,when we went to book the 2 phone numbers on the voucher went to voicemail when we phoned which said they were fully booked until 27th May and they won't be taking anymore bookings and both message boxes were full so you weren't able to leave a message. I spoke to someone from the hotel and I was informed MD Beauty was not part of the hotel. The voucher is very misleading as it says on it MD Beauty @ Parklands Hotel and Country Club . This is a definitely a scam!!
