        Not the most welcoming branch and poor customer service resulting in 2 trips to the bank by myself due to lack of care and ending up with non circulatory coins! I had just finished work from an early shift so could have done without it.

        Visited the branch yesterday and was left with a phone to sort the problem out myself. 45 minutes later I gave up and left with the matter unresolved. Very poor service indeed.

        Can be very busy with slow turn around in dealing with customers. We were lucky and were seen fairly quickly. Staff were friendly and helpful. Park in the avenue car park and walk through the centre
