        Website insists you book a slot asking for unreasonable information such as hire van registration then staff don't come near you when you arrive. Poorly organised.

        Really rude and unhelpful staff - I was sworn at by one of the staff after stopping my car at a stop sign and asking them for advice about disposals.

        ERC have changed the online booking for Greenhaggs, Newton Mearns, can only book in a Wednesday morning at 9:00 for following week. Site was overwhelmed, could not access to book, unbelievable, please revert back to daily booking, this is useless.
