        Great value for quality jewellery. Don't be put off by the workshop appearance. Family been going there for 40 years. Don't be in a hurry as Norman can talk the hind legs off a donkey!

        Wish I could give a rating lower than one star. Absolutely horrendous experience in store. The elderly Shop owner is clearly not of sound mind at all and should get medically evaluated as hes clearly losing his memory. He lost my engagement ring, tried to tell me Id already picked it up, then tried to convince me that someone elses ring (which looks nothing like mine) was in fact my ring. Had to argue with him that the ring was not mine. Told it was possible that someone else had been given my ring. Owner was snappy and shouted at me in store telling me to stop standing around on my phone (was on the phone to my mum crying because ring was gone and Id been snapped at) and at least make myself useful and go find it !!! Shocking service. Wont ever be back- if you value your jewellery DO NOT USE.
