Asda in their wisdom removed 3 disabled parking bays close to the store entrance in order to build a bottle exchange unit . Building not yet complete but this is already redundant as government policy has changed. Just remove this structure and give us our disabled spaces back . The new ones you created on the other side of the zebra crossing were never adequate replacements.

At this store last week when the woman in front of me lost her temper that my groceries were too close to hers, I can only assume it was because I hadnt placed a divider between us...stupid of me really, was a bit preoccupied, what with just burying my dad that morning. She made her disgust known though by grabbing a divider and pushing my groceries as far up the belt as she could all the while muttering under her breath and dishing some dirty looks in my direction for good measure. At first I didnt know what the problem was and so asked her. Once I guessed I asked whether her reaction was really necessary..she totally ignored me yet engaged in making snide comments to the teller who actually appeared to be taking her side in the matter. With the woman making passive aggressive comments your teller found it funny. It was as if I wasnt even there. This teller hadnt even witnessed the events leading up to my questioning this womans conduct..yet she found it appropriate to engage by agreeing that I was rude. Totally disgusted! To top it all off the nasty women then told me to p*** off back to the country I came from. I was raging, called her out for being a racist. Seems though at that exact moment that the teller lost her voice! Also lost the ability to look me in the face. Complete silence! Funny cause a mere seconds prior shed felt the need to comment on an exchange she wasnt witness to, yet now she witnesses appalling behaviour and she has nothing to say...at all...I suggest Asda invests in some staff training on diffusing conflict and how to handle racism from their customers.
