Admin team for setting appointments aren't friendly and often have the attitude of can't be bothered they often have messed up follow up appointments and once they checked me in and had me wait In the waiting room in agony for over an hour for them to have forgotten to tell the dentist I was in and I had to rebook my appointment due to their disgraceful mistake The dentist also trys to fit everyone in half hour time slots so if you require more time he will half prepare your tooth for follow up surgery for weeks or months later so you might have an open tooth for months before getting treatment

Waited over a month for myself and both my childrens first appointments with this clinic, only to be sent out a text the week before sorry are appointments were canceled. because the dentist is on holiday! Not even an apology just a cheeky receptionist when I phoned regarding the situation! Will be voiding and setting up with another practice. Absolute waste of my time

I gave them one star because I couldnt give them none. Took afternoon off work to go to the appointment (that they gave me in July for September). Me and my partner were booked in, only my partner got a reminder for the appointmen so we assume it was the same for both of us (surprise, it wasnt). We both show up on time, ring the bell, no one answers. Ring again after 5 min waiting sorry youre late we cannot see any of you because we are so bussy. Mate, we were on time, youre the one that never came to the door. Awful service.

I got an appointment with Jennifer at this practice, I can honestly say she was amazing ! she put me at ease and spoke me through everything that was needing done, gave me options on what could be done and supported me on my decision, I recommended Jennifer to my partner and can honestly say he is over the moon with the end result. I have never seen him so happy and Jennifer has gave him his confidence back, I can't thank her enough.
