        receptionists are very rude and never pass on notes my sister has been told many times she will get a phone back and never gets one. only a few doctors who are respectable and helpful and its IMPOSSIBLE to get an appointment on hold for 2 hours then say first in the queue then u get cut off phone back and your back to 7th place.

        The receptionist are polite and professional, always happy to help even under the pressure of today's difficulties. Doctors always helpful and happy to discuss issues. I am not a patient but ring on behalf of there patient as I have POA. Thanks
