I bought a commercial dishwasher from Richard on the Thursday and it was delivered and installed on the following Tuesday. All was done in a very friendly and professional way and the kitchen staff are delighted with it. Thank you Richaerd we will be back.

Many many thanks to Mr. Richard for taking his own time and helping me in diagnosing the problem for a breakdown of a glasswasher. Even though we live miles apart but his help over the seas has helped me in diagnosing the problem and repairing the machine... can't express all my feelings just by a message.... but once again many many thanks sir. Absolutely brilliant service! Not only was the job completed really quickly but Richard actually took the time to explain to me what the issue was with the glasswasher and how he was going to fix it. Very thorough, and assured me if I had any questions or issues that Intellico would be back out to sort! If I could give more than five stars I would! Excellent company that gave 100% throughout my dealings with them. Initial phone call was an enquiry, which was dealt with promptly, excellent advice given, which resulted in a site inspection to make sure the machine I was interested in was compatible with the kitchen. Honest advice given, a thorough inspection done, no sales push at any point, Richard obviously very knowledgeable, and passionate about his work, which gave me confidence to not just buy the dishwasher, but to ask his advice and expertise on taking out existing sinks and replacing with custom made one and surrounds, including housing the new dishwasher! Highly recommend Intellico, great service, staff and workmanship, and I'm delighted with the end result!
