Simply the best! Stephen came out within 4 hours of my call & within minutes had identified the problem as a damaged heat exchanger. He explained the options of replacing this or renewing the boiler. Having had experience working within the gas industry years ago I chose to replace the boiler. Stephen emailed me 4 quotes for different boilers which we had discussed during his visit. Within 48 hours I had the delivery of my new boiler directly from the merchant & 2 lovely engineers to install it. Both engineers were cheerful & very helpful. My boiler was installed quickly & efficiently. They left a wonderful job taking away the old boiler & associated pipe work & left everything clean & tidy. Stephen followed up with a visit to make sure everything was satisfactory. Amazing service from start to finish & would 100 % recommend.

2nd time using this company and same as before 1st class all the way , stevie and the guys were amazing and could not have been more helpful, please if you need anything boiler related these are the guys to use .

Called them to ask to get gas fitted cooker ,and they asked for a pic of gas supply behind cooker to see how much work to get a price ,i showed it was at bak of boiler,in kitchen got text bak said it was to time consuming to do job and not got availability ,honestly what do u pay people for these days ,I will find someone that wants the work,very poor, /following on from reply to this review I did explain to Laura I'd text her when get home ,also since review company have now sent a much nicer response explaining there busy ,not like the first text telling me it's just to time consuming and be easier if connection just at bak of cooker . I have text so don't try to make it sound any other way ,because I called you out on your poor attitude , and basically laziness,not every job is a easy 2 min one for quick money sometimes it involves doing a bit of work.found someone now who can do the job.

I found stevens contact on google. I contacted him on friday evening in the hope he would come have a look at our boiler as we had no heating or hot water. Despite Steven already having a busy night ahead of him, he went out his way to help us. We have a 6 month old in the house, and had been stressed we would have to go the night with no heating. He then arrived at our home within an hour. Steven was very polite and friendly, and made us feel reassured he would do his best to fix the problem that night, if able. The problem turned out to be with our gas provider, though steven talked us through what to do next step by step. 10/10 service, would highly recommend and will be using again.

Gas Assured amazing, had emergency as flooded due to the ceiling collapsed from burst pipe and the knowledge on how to stop the problem and help remove most of the water and parts of the ceiling that fell, I can't thank enuf as he was great at every thing will use gas assured in future..
