        Website says you can pre-book an advance appointment but that's a lie. Get there on time for appointment to find out that you're one of many people with the same appointment time. I'm supposed to show up on time then sit and wait so far 10 minutes while you all overbook time slots. Why should anyone have to wake up and call the office at 8 a.m. the same day to be seen? Not everything needs seen that day this is how you balance patients!
