Very rude on the phone when I asked for help with my request.He then put phone down on me will not be using this shop again disgusting customer service.

Avoid! Told that postage was underpaid eventhough the parcel was handed over to the post office by the sender who paid the correct price/stamp for the item per there instruction.

A strange and unfortunate experience. I left the shop bewildered having been refused service. Reading the below reviews I now appreciate the problem is the shop owners objection to purchasing royal mail postage online for which he doesn't receive payment. This seems to be perfectly reasonable. Understanding this, I would have happily purchased my postage in store in future. I had in fact purchased all my Christmas packaging from the shop yesterday. However, as noted by many reviewers the manner in which the owner expressed his dissatisfaction to me was bizzare, rude and instantly aggressive. Reflecting on the experience 'unpleasant' sums it up. I will continue to use local shops as I appreciate their value, this unfortunately won't be one of them.
