Direct Drain Clear (DDC)

Great service from this company - was able to come round to the house within the hour (on a Sunday) and resolved the blocked drain for us - would certainly recommend

Called DDC this morning and fortunately Eddie was able to attend within 15 minutes. He quickly identified the source of the problem and spent time ensuring that he resolved the blockage completely and cleaned and disinfected the area involved. Would definitely use DDC again in future.

Very impressed with DDC.........we have a blocked pipe causing water to bubble up into our garden. He spent over an hour trying all sorts and put a camera in and identified where the blockage is..... But unfortunately he couldn't physically gain access to the very tight space with the equipment needed to clear the blockage so he wasn't able to unblock it but he tried everything. Worked hard for over an hour but because he couldn't gain access to where he needed to be and therefore reluctantly walked away from the job.......he didn't take a single penny which I think is admirable. Don't hesitate to get DDC out because he definitely knows his stuff and has all the equipment.......he even cleaned up after himself as well.

I can highly recommend. Came out the following day which was a Sunday and an hour later my drain was not only unblocked but he had serviced all the other drains as well with them all running nice and clear. No nonsense, just came and got the job done and left the place safely washed down with cleaner and tidy as well.
