        A positive place to work, staff are very competent and friendly, management are very approachable , nothing is an issue. Training is Fantastic. Overall a very happy place to work .

        I called today on the 20.2.20 as I was chasing up a job that had been passed Halifax bank to this company . Firstly I was led to believe that someone would attend to me the following day between 0800-1300 ( which didnt happen) When I called to chase up I was told that they would attend by 1800 Ive since commenced raising a formal complaint as the conduct of the personnel I spoke to . For the record this companys customer service is not regulated by a formal Body which is worrying for a business predominantly in industry of that involves a lot of phone calling to customers .
