I am absolutely delighted with my new "outside room" which was designed and installed by Brian and his team. I can honestly say it will be life changing as I am now 100% working from home and this gives me an opportunity to fully appreciate my garden and more importantly the fresh air! I really cannot recommend this company strongly enough. They were polite, efficient, courteous, obliging to my neighbours and always cleaned up at the end of the night. They even removed a extra tree and added a lovey wooden hand rail without increasing my original quote! Brian and the team took our tired old garden and gave us back an amazing garden space - better than we could ever have hoped for! Our works were a mix of all landscaping works; porcelain slabs / decking / turf / planters & fencing - all completed to a high standard. Any problems encountered were always met with good inspired solutions and a pro-active approach. We highly recommend Brian & the team.

Would strongly recommend you avoid this company, they're a nightmare to deal with. had booked in for quote, no show 4 times. with me having to try and contact them, difficult when they won't answer the phone, to find out what was happening and me staying in an entire weekend waiting. Given benefit of the doubt and again still no show. Over promised under delivered. In reply : True we never met as you kept not showing up as you have just confirmed. I was more than accommodating to your reasoning for not turning up or why else would i agree to you comeing out 4 more times.

I was delighted with the pergola built over my raised decking. Excellent workmanship and quality materials were used and completed in good time at a fair price. I was amazed at how quickly the job began after my initial contact. Brian came out to see me and talk over plans. The bad weather caused a slight delay getting the job started but that wasn't surprising given it was in February amidst heavy snow. But Hepburn did a great job and were friendly and responsive from start to finish. Even when I requested a change to the design midway through the job it didn't present a problem and they were happy to oblige. Top job all round and would definitely use them again.
