        I have an older Sauna that purchased from another company a a number of years ago. It stopped working, I called Inca, Sally was so helpful and endeavoured to facilitate a repair. After consulting her engineer I was informed it is an obsolete unit, Sally supplied the equivalent modern replacement sensor 1st class service
