        We needed to be transported from an airbnb in a very cramped location south of inverness to the hyundai center with our vehicle broken down, Bill was very efficient, calm and even walked us to the company rental where we had to get a new vehicle, passing by Arnold clark where he helped us with the first steps knowing our lack of fluency in English, the great class! Thanks again to Bill and so don't hesitate to stop by the garage where he officiates if necessary! Melanie & Djamel
