*DEFINITELY AVOID* *WE GOT LETF OUT ON THE STREETS BY THIS "HOTEL" WITH A 2 YEAR OLD BABY AND MOTHER IN LAW WITH REJECTION TO HELP US FIND ANOTHER PLACE TO STAY IN OVERNIGHT. If I could I would give this place -5 stars because this unacceptable behaviour and no communication service. I personally never leave bad reviews but this was very bad experience with this B&B need to let people know to avoid this place if they don't want to be stuck on the streets with no room to stay in!!! (The worst experience I had with a hotel so far) Travelled 180 miles with a 2 year old and mother in law to this hotel, to find out that my rooms been cancelled **unknown reason**, I seen all my details in the reception book been crossed out, I asked the old woman at the reception why no one try to contact me to let me know that my booking was cancelled or why no was is tring to sort out the issue her response was "**this is not my job to do**" (whats the point of you working in a reception then...)any logical human being will try to help another... She's not even moved her finger to try and sort out the issue not even try to come up with an alterative hotel for us all we got told is that she doesn't know why the booking was cancelled and that she can't help us.
