The staff are outstanding ! I arrived an hour later than the booking in time & I was still met with a welcoming smile from Cassie?. In the morning I saw they catered for vegans , which was a pleasant surprise. I enquired if they happened to have oat milk & they didn't but I stated that it didn't matter as I can go without milk in my drinks . The next morning they had oat milk for me .... what wonderful attention to detail . I was amazed by the customer service. The rooms were clean & everyone worked hard . I thought it was great value for money .

Worst hotel I have ever stayed in , when arriving there was no staff in sight so after 30 minutes or so I decided to phone up the hotel the lady on the phone said someone should arrive within an hour and said my key was on the other side of the desk and to let myself in , I was given the wrong room had no hot water or heating . After booking in for breakfast the for the following morning after walking up to the restaurant for breakfast everything was locked up and no staff were around after filling my bath with many kettle runs back and fourth coming to empty the bath the plug wouldnt Come out shortly after that I had realised I was the only guest of staff in the place the whole weekend . Now a month later i am still trying to get in contact with the hotel and I have had no response
