        A very nice property in a quite spot. The room we stayed in was a ground floor double which was very comfortable and large enough to have a sofa and armchair as well as a very large double bed. The breakfast selection all served to your table was incredible and Liz very flexible and would mix and match as you needed. Liz was also very helpful in advising on things to do, walks, restaurants etc. Definitely 5 stars.

        Liz was the most gracious host. She made us feel welcome the minute we got to Sandown House. Breakfast was made to order and simply delicious, especially the soda bread that was made fresh everyday. At night it's an easy stroll to the beach via public paths through the golf course. Such a beautiful spot. Easily the best place we stayed during our 10 day trip through Scotland. Highly recommend.
